After spending 40 years in the wine business, I’m now living  in Paris, constantly uncovering new treasures and savouring the rich culinary tapestry of the city. Of course, my explorations extend beyond Paris. I frequently visit vineyards and discover hidden gems across France, always accompanied by my faithful Havanese, Pooky. Together, we embark on a never-ending journey of discovery and delight.
